When my husband and I came to Elia we had no idea what we were doing. We thought, all these places say rent to own, why can't we. With their guidance and experience Elia and Raquel walked with us through some very difficult problems, that were incredibly overwhelming for me, to say the least. They were their for me through every bump along the way. When Buying a home through a bank loan with only %5 down, you have a lot of hoops to jump through. I could not have made those jumps without them. Now we have 5 acres and a beautiful 3 bedroom home to spend our lives together and we are so excited.
